Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed karaoke on Saturday and explored the nearby beach for some windsurfing. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for visiting Hearst Castle. Staff was super welcoming, and the attached restaurant was convenient.
The only downside was the water discoloration we noticed from the bathroom sink. Not sure if that’s a long-term issue, but it was a bit off-putting.

Comfortable balcony overlooking the pool. outdated bathroom with poor maintenance.

Old-style coffee makers in the room are a letdown—upgrading to single-serve Keurigs would enhance the experience. Shower water pressure struggles and temperature regulation is tricky. The overall facilities appear dated and in need of renovations, making it feel like a blast from the past.

Just a top selection for a stopover in San Simeon with fantastic value for money. The clam chowder in the restaurant was yummy. Make sure to check your cell signal, as it can be weak here.

I liked the location for its ease of access to the nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was clean, though there was an odd smell upon entering. The gym had necessary equipment, but it could use some upgrades. I noticed the inconsistent wireless connection which was frustrating at times. As a single traveler, I found it convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby to explore and enjoy during my stay.
